posing double biceps after training keep high tension 6 or 8 seconds about 3-4sets, relax then proteins and some carbos after w.o.

If you are really worried about leaning up, do a Westside split but incorporate some interval training at the end of your workout. Do your main lift + a few accessory movements, then do intervals. If it makes you feel good and you get stronger, then by all means do it.
