    Here's a video clip of Matt competing at our pro bench contest a couple of years ago (he benched like 505lbs at 250lbs bodyweight.) He's in this clip from like the 00:25 through 1:30.

    If you are really worried about leaning up, do a Westside split but incorporate some interval training at the end of your workout. Do your main lift + a few accessory movements, then do intervals. If it makes you feel good and you get stronger, then by all means do it.
