powerballs

They make for a nice warm up and active recovery tool, would quite like to try the double weight metal one, but they're not as usefull as a sledgehammer and a wristroller when it comes to wrist strength.

Makes a great paperweight... wait, i'm a lier, it might roll... so unless they drop the price to 2 dollars they are useless when better training tools can be had for less and build actual strength.

a bucket O rice, couple golf balls and some hot and cold water make for better active recovery tools.

What smashius said. I have the blue one. It's great for warming up your wrists prior to drumming.

i really cant see what is going on here, but i cant stop laughing at it:icon_chee

I've got one, can't say i use it that much. i don't think it would have much affect for building strenght, but seems good for warm up or endurence work...

This guy is Akis Kritsinelis, he's the world powerball worldchampion of the world.

I bet he's really good at whisking eggs.

My friend Dave met him, said shaking hands with him was scary, guy has insane size hands and is built like a cave troll.

Powerballs... Thats wut them hoes keep calling me..

Nottin like a pasty-pale set of freshly shorn huevos.

yea powerballs are a waste of money. There are better things to do for recovery. There are better things to do for strength. I own 2. They suxor big time. something you buy to fuk around with for a couple days and then forget about in your drawer....
