Cool, fun thread @Cubo de Sangre . But are you trolling with the "climate change" option? I'm sure some crazies do think it's a CT.

I wasn't sure to say climate change or global warming. Clearly there's plenty of folks who believe man is not having the effect scientists claim, and that governments are pushing that narrative so as to institute a carbon tax.

I don't do single, stand alone theories. I like my CTs to work together into one big, actually plausible theory.

Utah is Judah, the Biblical Promised Land

All of those places are all located in Utah, laid out how they should be, and matching their geographical descriptions. Yes, there is a Mt. Nebo Utah that sits right across from Mt. Pisgah Utah that is opposite of Jericho, UT. And from those mountains you can see Gilead, Daniels Way, Nephi, Ephraim, Manasseh, and Moab...all right there in Utah. Pull up google map if you doubt.

Also, there were no J's in Hebrew. Judah would have been pronounced Yahuda...or Yudah...or Utah.

America is Egypt

maxresdefault.jpg

If you take a map of modern day Egypt and overlay it onto of America what you find is that we have the same places in America laid out in the same way as in Egypt. The Mississippi lines up with the Nile, Cairo Ill lines up with Cairo Egypt, Memphis TN lines up with Memphis Egypt, Tanis St in Canada lines up with Tanis Egypt, Buto Lake MI lines up with Buto Egypt, Alexandria MN lines up with Alexandria Egypt and so on. American mounds and world trade centers also line up with Egyptian Pyramids.

Someone is copying someone else. As most of us know by now there have been many Egyptian artifacts discovered at places like the Grand Canyon including a shrine to Joesph of the Bible.

The Slave Trade was told to us in Reverse:

The transatlantic slave trade did no start in 1619 with Europeans(so called) taking Africans(also so called) from Africa and bringing them into America. It actually started with Christopher Columbus in 1492 with the Spanish taking Indigenous Americans back to Europe as slaves. This continued on through out the 1500s with Europeans taking people from America and selling them not only into Europe and the Middle East but also into West Africa(Sierra Leone, Liberia). In the 1600s Europeans began taking slaves from Africa to the Americas...mostly South America(only 5% came to N. America). However...the majority of these slaves were actually the children/grand children of Americans originally brought there in the 1500s. So even the "African" slaves brought to America were actually just Americans.

So Called African Americans are American Indians:

American Indians are the Biblical Hebrews:

Here are the curses that were to befall the nation of Israel while in the land of 'Egypt':

Who does that sound like? Definitely not those guys in the middle east.

"You Americans are so gullible. You'll believe any fake quote going around the internet as long as there is a picture attached and a date. Also, 9-11 was an inside job."
--Adolf Hitler, 1936
Oooh, so smart jack. You know so much. The government is my friend, how could I be so blind.
As long as they’re democrats, they only want the best for me. They would never steal from me or take my rights away.
They honor the constitution and property rights and fight for my right to live the way i’d like to. Low taxes and liberty.
I’ll believe anything as long as CNN or NPR says it. They are the voices of reason.
Thank you, my friend.

Note that this strange reaction is to me laughing about how you thought that an obviously fake quote was real. Not, "oh, darn, sorry. I thought it was real, of course I'd never want to mislead anyone, and I care about getting things right myself," but a partisan rant. That right there illustrates the difference between us perfectly.

No CT brings out the Dunning Kruger crowd better than Flat Earth.

You’re so easy to fuck with its hilarious. Everyone here trolls you and you actually go all in thinking you’re somehow smarter than everyone else.
You have your moments, and I appreciate that, but you are more often like Chris griffins retarded girlfriend. Uh, if you were half of what you think you are.
You lack intuition jack, and it’s the element that propels men to greatness.
I love you man, but you should pay closer attention. There are things to learn from every perspective here, if you’re not to smart to see it.

wow, so succinct.
so incisive.
so....Jack.
(btw, his aunt has a decent ass for an older broad)

Ah, so you've just been pretending to be stupid with this account. Good one.

About as much as your pretending to be smart with yours.

So ... you're not just pretending to be stupid and you did think the quote was real. And you're going to continue to lash out childishly because you're embarrassed.

I think Roosevelt wanted Japan to strike first in dramatic way. That isn't really a CT. He didn't orchestrate the attack, he didn't know they were going to attack at that day but he could've made better preparations.
It's even in the official history written by the US Army in the green books. Many generals wanted a preemptive attack on Japan or the placement of permanent patrols in the pacific to strike at any Japanese convoy heading towards Hawaii.
MacArthur knew the Japanese were going to strike at the Philippines too and asked for reinforcements but only got a portion of it.
Basically FDR was content if the Japanese had some success in the early phases of the war so he could go into total war, causing Germany to declare war and then help the British.
Let's say the Japanese strike force was intercepted and engaged before Pearl Harbor, as long as the US destroyed a few carriers the war would be mostly over then in 1941 since the Japanese were only able to rampage through the pacific because a large part of the US fleet was damaged in Pearl Harbor. Without the Japanese getting confident they wouldn't have escalated the war and the american public might just not want a long war.

About CTs I find amusing are the Mandela effect and flat earth. Flat Earth seems like a well elaborated joke. The mandela effect is basically real but not as the CT claims. Of course things are not changing back in time but people mass misremember lots of things.

I suppose I don't have a favorite right now, because I'm really burned out on (tens of millions of) people in my country denying huge chunks of objective reality or scientific consensus to fit whatever their worldview needs to be in each moment. It's dangerous.

In the past, JFK has been my favorite. I was 11 or 12 when I saw the really damaging Oliver Stone filth, and of course I believed it like most of America despite it being almost completely fabricated. Also a favorite was Holocaust denial. It's by far the most well-documented crime in history, but the lengths people go to deny or twist it are extraordinary. I tried putting myself in their shoes for a week, reading their claims and stuff without being too critical, and that was an interesting experiment. One takeaway is that it's not really that hard to close yourself off from facts and drink the koolaid, even if you're smart. You can choose to do that.

Oh, and I could probably be persuaded that "The Dress" was just a hoax/social experiment.

Never heard of it.

Agreed. That's some fascinating shit and I almost asked TCK if he wanted to do a thread on it. The best argument I heard was made by some guy on the Rogan podcast. His point was why ship people all the way from Africa when they could have enslaved folks much closer to home.
The Europeans shipped Africans to places where population density was low and the natives were dying like flies due to old world diseases. In places with high population density like Mexico they didn't need Africans, for example. They just used the natives as serfs.
To make matters worse in plantations you had diseases that killed not only natives like the flu or smallpox but tropical diseases like Malaria that also killed whites(indentured servants, Irish etc). Blacks are somewhat resistant to malaria and were the best choice.
Africans were also relatively cheap since you could buy them from slavers for distilled alcohol, tobacco, firearms, gunpowder etc.

The only way the MSM could be communist is if there were actual communist spies infiltrated.
Considering how the Soviet Union imploded it's very unlikely they still have spies feeding us small doses of Socialism.

Yeah, it’s big doses now in public school and university.
