I'll start


Meal 1
4 Whole Eggs
1 scoop Whey
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup Strawberries
 
5 meals a day consisting of...

Lean beef, chicken, turkey, or fish
Broccoli, Kale, Spinach
Blueberries, cherries, plums
Kasha
Olive Oil or Flax Seed Oil


I don't bother to count calories, just make sure I eat 300 grams of animal protein a day.
 
Meal 1:
20g whey protein
6 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
handful of dried cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, and raisins
handful of raw almonds, walnuts, cashews
Odwalla Superfood

Meal 2:
2 slices of whole wheat or multi-grain bread
Chicken breast
Lettuce, tomato, onion

Meal 3:
2 slices of whole wheat or multi-grain bread
Natural peanut butter
banana

Meal 4:
40g whey protein
1/2 cup oats

Meal 5:
Chicken breast
brocolli or spinach or other green veggies
bell peppers

Meal 6:
Muscle Milk

Throughout the day I snack on apples and bananas. Probably eat around 2-3 apples and 2-3 bananas a day.

The best vitamin pills out there IMO.

Here's my diet, which needs some improving, although it varies a lot.


Meal 1:
Bowl of oatmeal
3 egg whites
Powerbar
Banana

Meal 2:
2 Turkey Sandwichs

Meal 3:
Tuna w/2 or 3 slices of whole wheat bread

Meal 4:
Either Steak/Fishx2/Chicken breastx2/lean beef
with veggies and/or brown rice

Meal 5:
Salad & fruit (usually an orange)

Meal 6:
Turkey or Ham sandwich

Meal 7:
Sometimes an extra serving of beef & veggies


Snacks:
Usually about 4-5 scoops of peanutbutter and assorted nuts and beef jerky throughout the day

I think I'm going to start adding another bowl of oatmeal to my diet.
 
This is what it looks like when I don't train...

Meal One:
Reeses oatmeal (1c. oats, 1c. chocalate calorie countdown milk, 2tsp pb) Fish oil Pill

Meal 2:
1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, onions, red and green peppers, a little cheese, turkey sausage, and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast. Fish oil Pill

Meal 3:
Chicken breast and brocolli. Fish oil Pill

Meal 4: Chicken breast and brocolli. Fish oil Pill

Meal 5: Some other meat (tuna, salmon, beef, or ground turkey) and spinach and other veggies. Fish oil Pill

Meal 6: cottage cheese and TP prebed formula

Training days I replace meal 4 with fast recovery PWO drink. Meal 5 I have something with carbs.
 
Meal 1: 3 Egg omelette/ Oatmeal with a scoop of protein mixed in
30g whey protein

Meal 2: Salad with tuna

Meal 3: Chicken breast x 2/ Tuna/ Omelette
Carrots/Peas/Green Beans/ tomatoes ( usually 2 of these)

Meal 4: PWO shake ( 32g protein)

Meal 5: Pre bed shake (32g protein)

My meals arent necessarily in that order, my PWO shake may be my 2nd meal depending upon workout times,

I supplement with 3 1000mg fish oil pills per day also

I have been told this is not enough considering i train everyday, although i only do 45 minute cardio session on a monday and fridays is cardio mixed with kickboxing, the rest is weights

Anyone any opinions on this intake per day, is it enough, should anything be added?
