I don't have any pics of myself handy to post.

But this is an awesome one of this kid Fouad from my club. He's 16, a TKD BB and JJ green belt, a straight A student and he runs home after practice (10km.) He's been grappling for a year and a half - often fighting - and beating - guys ten years older than him (and at least once lying about his age just to enter the tournament.)

He's an embarassment to old guys like me.

hopefully he'll discover girls and partying like the rest of us did at that age and see his grades fall and waist grow!
