Possible habitable zone planet is a mere 12 light years away

Well, here are some more habitable planets, these being "50% more habitable than your current habitable planets!"

I, for one, think these are meaningful discoveries even though we do not have to technology to travel there because the real effort is to find liquid h2o. We are not so much likely to find life, but if we find water on one of these habitable planets, we will have found the ingredients for life. That itself would be huge.
