If you can't go 4 days without it, then yeah, that's addiction. But I've never watched porn, so the idea of people being addicted to if seems strange to me.

As strange as it is for me to remember, things that were clearly sexual, but not really graphic or anything were often useful material. But some of that had to do with a lot of tystesterone.

For example, this album cover:

did the trick many times for me when I was a young teen.
I don't even know if the album ever was released, as it was a small picture in a different album cover. Stuff on TV would sometimes do the trick also. Now none of that.is really inspiring.
Back then, Baywatch was apparently a good ne.

Maybe a movie would hve a scene you could rewind and play over and over - like the lesbian scene in Strange Daze or Katherine and Cecil kissing in the park in Cruel Intentions.

Man the risk of getting caught was sky high as well. Most families only had 1 VCR and it was in the living room so you had to fap when nobody was home. But if they came home, you barely had time to pull up your pants. You didn't have time to eject the video too. So you had to watch like a hawk for everyone to leave the room so you could snag the video, and you hoped that you'd get they opportunity before someone used the VCR.

And if you're super horny you'd attempt the daring midnight fap, where everyone is asleep and you sneak into the living room, hoping nobody wakes up.

i think its improved my sexual performance

when i open like 13 tabs, i end up trying to last longer so i can see at least part of all the videos. i feel like i let myself down if i took the time curating the collection to not even start 8 of the tabs

so i became really good at edging, where when i have sex i can literally go as long as i want, so long as i slow down every few minutes, to the point where i boned this korean girl for over 3 hours straight. im not exaggerating. i told her to tell me when she wanted me to finish and everytime i asked, she said to keep going, so i did just out of curiosity of how far she would go with it

Definitely, and it had a marked effect on my life.

I remember my sex life being an absolute disaster with my first girlfriend because of it, leading to that break up. I also remember recognising it about ten years in, soon after, when I noticed that my colleagues were talking about getting aroused by passers by, but I was not.

I'd try to stop but the itch would always be there and though the first few days would be fairly easy, I would obsess at some point and wouldn't stop thinking about porn until I'd do the deed. Before my first real relationship, my abstaining record was 21 days.

I can link it to my past mental health issues and my failures in life, to be honest. Honestly, for much of my adult life, I've felt like I've been missing a gear, had no passion, no motivation and thought about suicide a lot.

Been in a relationship for three years and I've been able to cut right down. I feel a lot better, am better down there and can perform in bed, but not perfect.

Looking at porn as a 14 year old is one of my greatest regrets, along with not applying myself at school.
