People hurt: Small business owners and the communities the riots occurred in (and black people). Some sincere people n the BLM movement.

Beneficiaries: gun salesmen, race baiters, and Republican politicians. Potentially the communists that want to divide America, but I think most people see clearly that most of the rioting is being done by criminals at this point.

Wtf. You think this hasn't helped democrats? They're the ones blaming all this shit on Trump and supporting the riots.

Going back to BLM tearing down Ferguson, who knows? There are businesses that will leave these areas and will never return.

After the Harlem riots in the 1960's, many businesses never returned.

https://www.nationalreview.com/2014/12/steep-cost-ferguson-riots-thomas-sowell/

"Sometimes it is a particular neighborhood that never recovers, and sometimes it is a whole city. Detroit is a classic example. It had the worst riot of the 1960s, with 43 deaths — 33 of them black people. Businesses left Detroit, taking with them jobs and taxes that were very much needed to keep the city viable. Middle class people — both black and white — also fled.

Harlem was one of many ghettos across the country that have still not recovered from the riots of the 1960s. In later years, a niece of mine, who had grown up in the same Harlem tenement where I grew up years earlier, bitterly complained about how few stores and other businesses there were in the neighborhood.

Who benefits from the Ferguson riots? The biggest beneficiaries are politicians and racial demagogues. "

Article written in 2014, and Sowell wrote “Harlem WAS”. What does “in later years” mean?
What exactly did he mean? Obviously, neither he nor his niece have even been to Harlem in the past 20 years.
There are tons of businesses, restaurants, and things to do in Harlem. It’s not cheap to live there, nor is it cheap to go out to eat there.

Hope so meaning that the city and county is poorly governed by shitty leadership. As such their shit leadership with shit direction should result in a shit city where all the good people leave.

Bad ideas lead to bad outcomes
Getting good leadership back to New York and California is crucial because our major cities between them generate shit tons of revenue. Terrible elected leaders destroying those cities are destroying our country, and it wouldn't surprise me if it were on purpose. So many of them seem to be more vested in China at this point.

The answer is none of the above. The sad truth is the people most affected are the poor black folks people think that they are helping. In my backyard homicides are up 800%, shootings up 600%.

"It seems to be that all the legislation that comes out is actually handcuffing us more and more as police," said NY Sheriff's Association President and Washington County Sheriff Jeff Murphy.

Parts of the Capital Region were in the spotlight - with Minority Leader Will Barclay pointing out a 800% spike in homicides in Albany county compared to the same time last year.

DA Donnelly says they're seeing spikes across the Hudson too.

"Here in the City of Troy alone, shootings are up 600% compared to this time last year, its almost a nightly occurrence of shots fired," Donnelly said.

you sir, are correct. Plus, the riots are making many people less sympathetic to this demographic because they are simply sick of the protests and riots.

Of course, the media gaslights now and tries to blame it on "white supremacists" (of which there are really so few now that the left has to make them up).

yeah, now all the news is about the attempted plan to kidnap the governor.

Not the blacks.
That is 100% false. Big corporations are increasing their market share because of how many small businesses have been destroyed by riots and/or economic shut downs. Do you have a retirement fund or otherwise invest in the stock market? If you did, you would understand what I mean.

Who keeps bailing those criminals out of jail? Democrats definitely believe they benefit from allowing the chaos to continue, and they are sitting comfortably in their gated homes.

homicides are down by 50% relating to my family.

They aren't really "race riots" , most or atleast a very large portion of the protesters are White. They are protests against the defacto immunity police enjoy.

I don't think any class of people have been injured because the damage from the violence has been very limited, so not something you can say has affected the nation as a whole for any class of people to be affected.

And they just so happen to reach their tipping point right before elections...its all very legitimate.

Right, just thousands of innocent peoples lives altered by the scum of the earth, free loading, malcontents....very minor stuff

It's astonishing just how lost these people really are. This is what the left has done to our youth.

Transsexual Satan Worshipers are probably hurt the most

The violence is very limited and insignificant in the grand scheme of things. If you look at the damage on a national or even State wide scale, it is very very small. Small business and working class are not affected by the protests, a very small number in some areas are. The virus has been the main culprit in hurting small business.

“New reporting from Axios reveals that the total insured property losses incurred during the George Floyd riots will come in at $1 billion to $2 billion. The US has experienced rioting over racial tensions before, but this report shows that the damage from the latest unrest will far exceed any historical precedent.” https://fee.org/articles/george-flo...says-here-s-why-the-true-cost-is-even-higher/

agreed, the virus is very limited and insignificant in the grand scheme of things, open up and let the small businesses get back to business!

The gaslighting from the left is non-stop, and it has been that way for 4 years.
