Agree or Disagree?
This Houston City Councilman thinks so, behold:
"City of Houston Councilman Dwight Boykins called for Blacks to patrol black neighborhoods and so on in the wake of the Dallas police shooting. Does moving backwards on the Civil Rights Act of 1964 help solve the racial tension in the US? Does his plan have merit? Does his plan cause more problems than it solves?"
Personally I don't think the notion of his idea is out of line at all.
(& he's a fucking democrat!)
[Caveat] Oddly friends of mine who are black say that, black cops treat them like shit more times than not. And when I think back, the best dealing I've had with cops have always been with Black Cops. The white ones being fucking pricks many times.
