Hey guys, I am done my bulk. Went from 180, to just around 203. Time to cutt. I am 203 pounds. How many grams of pro/carb/fat should I start with? Can someone please help me get a sample diet going? Below is the list of food I have. Chicken breasts Ground beef Tuna Egg White Peanutt butter Potatoes Rice Whole wheat pasta assorted veggies. WHole wheat bread. Deli meat (sliced turkey breast) If there is something I should be including in my cutting diet, JUST tell me. Thanks very much!
