    Hey guys,

I am done my bulk. Went from 180, to just around 203.

    Time to cutt.

I am 203 pounds. How many grams of pro/carb/fat should I start with?

Can someone please help me get a sample diet going? Below is the list of food I have.

    Chicken breasts
    Ground beef
    Tuna
    Egg White
    Peanutt butter
    Potatoes
    Rice
    Whole wheat pasta
    assorted veggies.
    WHole wheat bread.
    Deli meat (sliced turkey breast)

If there is something I should be including in my cutting diet, JUST tell me.

    Thanks very much!

A cup of warm water with a squeeze of lemon seems to be popular advice also.

Nobody has any idea what your metabolism looks like. You need to figure out how many calories you need for maintenance, and then make an effort to eat less.

As for macro-nutrient ratios, you'll find a couple of different philosophies, whether you want to go no carb (ketosis), low carb, or simply balanced (with about a third of your calories coming from each one).

Assuming that you are at a moderate (>10%) bodyfat now, the most important thing is for you to eat less while maintaining adequate protein intake and continuing to lift heavy things.
