Dani Mathers, a playboy bunny, posted a photo of an unattractive woman from her gym in the shower with the caption, "If I can't unsee this, neither can you." She got a whole heap of shit about her "body shaming", got fired from her radio job, banned from LA fitness, and could face charges.

I don't know if time in jail is called for, just because the photo was meant for a laugh rather than to violate the woman, but it's a tough sell coming from a skank who probably banged crypt keeper Heffner. Should she get jail time?

How are we supposed to determine if it is appropriate or not if there is not a photo of the topic at hand?

edit :yeah that was inappropriate of me..

this isnt cool, you shouldnt even be making eye contact in the locker room idk why you would ever pull a cell phone out.

she would have nightmares if she ever went into the males locker room after the old timers are getting ready to head back home

You can't take a pic of someone in a change room, nude and then slander them online. Cyber bullying is a crime and someone in their adult years should know better.

But, she's taking a huge amount of heat on this and thus, hardcore porn is the only way she'll be able to make a living now.

So, yay.

PS: this pic is funny, but not the actually act by the playmate is disgusting.

Yeah that seems enough for a week in jail and a fine that stings. I disagree that secretly taking nude pictures of people for a laugh is not meant to violate.

Wait until Ms. Playboy hits 35. Then we'll see how much smack she talks then.

She absolutely should face charges. I'm going to guess she's not terribly bright, if no alarm went off in her head, that it might be a bright idea to violate someone in that manner.

Expected an obese, ugly woman. That just looks like a typical middle-aged woman. What a dumb whore, even by dumb whore standards.

She probably thinks all the weirdos that follow her on social media are her true friends and she was just sharing a funny picture with them.

I can't imagine how fucked up I'd be if I had thousands of people worshipping me on the regular.

What'd the guy get for filming that news anchor? Seems like it was serious fines and or jail.

The backlash is fitting, especially since it was at a gym. Most gyms are actually a very friendly and encouraging place and that proper etiquette is to never ridicule someone who is trying to get into shape and better themselves -- you can't complain about people being fat, unhealthy or out of shape and then mock them when they are trying -- especially if you pride yourself as someone who is fit.

Just bad taste from a person who is way, way, way, way more ugly on the inside.

What I mean is that in the case of predatory photos with sexual intent, taking creeper shots is a short step away from attempting some physical assault, whereas taking photos to make a joke never puts the person in physical danger. To be clear, both are terrible, but I think sexual creeping is a lot more dangerous than a bimbo to whom it probably didn't even occur that she was invading someone's privacy.

Slander is a false accusation, not subjectively insulting someone.

A perfect time to use the expression "pretty on the outside, ugly on the inside".

Ha, you beat me to it.

I admire the people I see at the gym that are grossly out of shape looking to improve their situation.

Reminds me of a time I was out drinking at a karaokee bar and this chick started making fun of how bad the singer was, and I told her straight up, the first rule of karaokee is you don't make fun of people doing it. People have day jobs to go back to, it's not a professional you pay to see, it's about having fun.

Should she see time in jail? I'm not an attorney and I don't know the law well enough to be able to make an educated decision on the legality of the matter.

What I do know is that part of the explanation that Mathers gave doesn't sit well with me. She says she "accidentally" posted it on Snapchat, that it was suppose to be a private joke between her and someone else.

I don't buy that for a moment, she is being deceitful.

The right course of action would have been for her to be honest by admitting her actions were mean spirited because she has some internal issues that she has yet to deal with and that she will be seeking the help of a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.

I am usually not one to say this, but:

Man, what a bitch.

Ok, my bad. Inflammatory

To bad Dani Mathers isn't black. She'd be getting all sorts of laughs, shout outs and props with some brilliant hashtags like #datflatwhiteass.

She is the reason why the dumb blonde stereotype exists.

Not a fan of the word "Body shaming" it seems these day you"body shame" someone if you point out weighting 400LBS might be bad for your health.

But yeah not sure about the law but posting naked pictures of people should have some kind of punishment that hurts.

On another note, that just seems like a normal older lady. If she cant unsee that I welcome her to check out my naked ass in the shower next time.
