Well just an update. I broke the plateau 165kg today, and i got 170 to the top of my knees but i couldn't finish. I took two weeks off, as a result of school, midterms and two term papers. It felt great.

Another simple thing that may have helped, and i prolly should have been doin it like this before. I moved my feet an inch backward and thought of the dead as an explosive movement, i pushed off the balls of my feet and exploded. BAM! new pr.
