Planetes is there a sequel or prequel to this show? Manga watchers need help

    My mom is trying to figure out what to get my bother for Christmas and I remember he wanted some DVD boxset of Planetes. I can't remember if he wanted the prequel, sequel or Planetes. I don't know if there is sequel or prequel to this show so I need help.

    i'd have to google to be 100% sure. but afaik only Planetes itself and the manga.
