I currently train bjj and enjoy the sport side of it, I am going to be doing some business plans for our company in November and was wondering of any good places to train at in

Pittsburgh Pennsylvannia

and

Virginia- I know Pedro Sauer has his school in Sterling and was wondering of any past or current experiences of people of that school

I'm from Pittsburgh and moved to Virginia. You have a decent selection of good places in either location, so I'll just give my top recommendation for each.

For Pittsburgh, I'd recommend Team Balance Pittsburgh. Team Balance Pittsburgh

For Virginia (near the Sterling area), I'd recommend Tony Passos BJJ

Virginia is BIG... but there's also Fifty/50 and Ryan Hall up in the northern parts.
