It doesn't go well with pizza sauce and pizza cheese.

It makes the cheese wet and transforms it to a rubbery state so unless you eat it right out of the oven it looks and tastes like a toy

I believe you actually can find places now that will make it. It's becoming quite popular when done right, much to the annoyance of those that don't know how to enjoy life.
