Pickle juice

It's just salt and some vinegar, there's not really anything unique about the properties in pickle juice that would keep you from cramping. So really all you're getting are some electrolytes which you can get from food and other beverages anyway. If you really love to drink pickle juice then have at it. Otherwise salting your food to taste would accomplish the same thing.
 
It's got a lot of potassium in it, so, ya, it could help with cramping, in particular leg cramps.
