Most prominent would be UFC. Seriously though Fedor, Chuck, Saku and GSP for now. Edit to be on topic, Big Nog is my fifth. Not a fan but I respect him greatly.

I know your saying this because you're fans of them, but Shogun and Crop Cop haven't done enough to be considered for something like this.
 
I think you need the best from each division from LW to HW. I would say Penn, GSP, Anderson, Chuck and Fedor. Conor or Bones could be added although Jones outside of the cage behaviour may disqualify him. This was a cool, creative and innovative thread.

Cro Cop is literally my favorite fighter ever, deserve or not he going up there. Shogun is a former champ and has been in some of the best fights ever, one of the most entertaining fighters ever IMO
