If the Earth would just immediately stop with the rotation would we feel the sudden stop in movement?

The earth rotates at I believe around 1,100 miles per hour at the equator. Pretty much everything - trees, buildings, hills, mountains, would all end up being swept away into the atmosphere. Everyone would be dead instantly.

The rotational speed at the surface of the earth is about 1000 miles per hour. The oceans would flow over the continents.

Itd be like jumping off a carousel and trying to walk straight except you will probably be torn apart from the momentum built up over a trillion years. Then again im not sure what the psychics would say

Of course. Do you feel you car stop if you hit a wall?

The entire earth would aggressively disintegrate

If you were at one of the poles (or very close) you would probably be OK.

Anywhere else and you (and everything else) would continue moving at the speed of rotation for the latitude at which you are. It would be like a massive car crash until you (and everything else) came to a stop.

Maybe all those skyscrapers are going to slow down the Earth's rotation. Better tie yourself down to the toilet or something.

If I throw a baseball with the direction of Earth's rotation, will it have enough speed and force to pierce a car?

Just tie a lasso to the moon (you’d need a long rope and very strong) and we’d be good.

    Here is some space trivia.
If you stacked every planet in the solar system side by side, they'd still fit between the earth and the moon
