Physical Jobs and Lifting

I agree. Success is one of the only fun parts of training for me. There's not much I truly "enjoy" about lifting besides making steps toward achieving my goals and breaking old PRs.

Maybe it's because I'm still new but I enjoy improvement and also I enjoy the feeling I get after a heavy set of squats/deadlifts. Tired and sweaty and happy feeling.
 
My work is semi-strenous,I "try" to incorporate weight training into my schedule.I have to make some adjustments(study time,chill time,weight time).Instead,im just doing 1-2 muscle groups a day.Im just trying to stay in shape.
