Hope he's training cardio as well.
Not impressed by his dong. Rockhold > Rumble
Like both these guys. Hope johnson win's though. Either way the real hype comes when the winner fights jones
Kinda sad that this beast - or Gustafson gets eliminated as a title contender. Sure the loser of this fight can win some fights and get to the titleshot again, but then some of the allure will be gone
Every time I see pictures of him I'm amazed that he used to cut to 170lbs.
That is one scary motherfucker. Gus is the better striker, but if Johnson can connect on him we may be saying bye bye to seeing Gus/Jones 2 anytime soon.
Everytime i see a picture of Rumble, still can't believe how this man fought at 170
Yeah I almost wish they would have been able to go through with Gus/Rashad and do something like Rumble/Bader. Would have opened up the division a bit more, because now if Jones beats the Rumble/Gus winner there isn't really anything left except for fights with Davis, Manuwa, OSP or a useless rematch with someone Jones already dominated. Not really interested in any of those match ups.
I'm still amazed how Koscheck choked him out.
I'm amazed at the amount he still cuts to fight at 205 because of the way he blows ups in between fights!
Let's just blame it on him killing himself to make 170
It's easy to see why he missed weight at 170 and 185. The dude is massive. I'm cheering for Gus as he's one of my fave in the sport. However we can't count out Rumble. Who knows how far he can go fighting at his optimal weight. He's only beginning to realize his full potential.
hes gonn gas isnt he
lol good post can just see this guy gassing hardddd
Stayed pretty fresh for 3 rounds against Davis and Arlovski. 5 rounds with Gus probably would be too much for him, if he is gonna win this he is probably gonna need to end it in the first 3.
lol damn that first pic his face is weird lol
He's a muscle bound monster, but as is the case with Lombard, when you're carrying that much lean mass, conditioning is difficult due to oxygen being needed to supply the muscle at a crazy rate. It's more difficult for more muscular dudes to recover cardiovascularly
