She is bad though! and that may be part of the problem. Hot female professionals face more scrutiny than their mediocre counterparts. She has lots of photos of her in firefighter gear and by the fire trucks. Some departments have policies that prohibit it. If you've been reprimanded over this almost 20 times and still keep posting the photos, you're going to get fired. Anyone can file a lawsuit. It doesn't mean you're going to win it.

I know nothing about the situation, so I can't throw anything but anecdotal evidence around... which in my experience, is that people who are overtly narcissistic normally lack competence in completing other tasks. Basically, you love yourself more than you can effectively love and give your time/attention to your craft. Whether it be teacher, firefighter, soldier, etc...
