    he has a youtube channel showing him coaching pros like dustin ect but he realy comes off as one of those bro science guys by the vids iv seen im curious what others think of him if hes truly legit ud think so given he trains guys at att but as we have seen lots of mma gyms bring in lots of hacks for conditioning since they dont know any better

    There is a lot going back to bro science from all the guys in the field. I do not know the guy nor I have seen his youtube channel. Just mentioning that a lot of the coaches turn back to it because it seems like a tested field with results.

    @tekkenfan here ya go. I added spaces and some punctuations.


    I don’t know he seems like he’s probably good enough for most mma fighter’s conditioning. There are guys like Dolce and Lockhart who don’t really have any solid formal education regarding dietary science telling guys how to cut weight and what to do for peak performance att has still shown great results with darus y maybe he’s onto something and doing things right try some of his methods and tell us how they work hope that was helpful.

    ohh but i do its quite annoying seeing people do this also the airheads who post memes due to not being able to use words to communicate a proper response

    prob need to lay off the roids and weights and pick up a book sometime it wont hurt

    What of his training do you belive to be bro-science? While it looks a little different than classic strength training does, it has a pretty legit foundation. If you train for "athleticism" and not just strength, things change.
    What are your credentials? What's your approach to training for athletes?
