Phil Baroni talks about everything from beating up the high school janitor to not hesitating to drop a potato on Chael Sonnen if things get out of hand while competing under the same pro wrestling org.

a potato is a punch that is thrown harder than the usual worked punches. Also called spuds. Bossman threw some mean potatoes

ROFL I am pretty sure Baroni has more to worry about from Chael's potato.

Where I'm from we also call a 3 punch combo (left jab, right straight, left hook) a "2 piece & a biscuit." Sometimes I'll just throw a biscuit. You do not want the biscuit, son.
