Lol. Americans spend much more on health care than Europeans pay in taxes for their healthcare. It's not even close.

I'll take the taxes any day vs paying out the ass for dubious coverage while still needing money for copays.. and having my coverage tied to my employer.

Healthcare is also just 1 of the things our taxes get us. I don't need college funds for my kids either and everyone has a minimum of 6 weeks paid vacation. Just to name 2.
