The vaccine was rushed out and most people don’t want to be tests subjects. Also factor in they want to give a pass or something saying you were vaccinated making people think it’s the mark of the beast or a form of control and a portion of population will not take take it.

They've only got about 6 or 7 tactics. Straw man is tactic #3 right behind slander and lie. Same exact script from all the zealots.

Except that that is EXACTLY what you are suggesting if you set that up as the standard of detection.
It's unrealistic, and unobtainable en masse in vivo.

Do you bother looking at the author’s background? He has no medical or scientific background and is considered an anti-vaxxer according to this blog:

Man takes COVID Vaccine; Dies hour later

First responders say the vaccine was unrelated to the mans death, who died in a car accident in which alcohol is believed to be a factor.

This article is embarrassing, the author is mad because Dosh asked for the access to the information of a HPV vaccine.

Not once the article points Dosh denying the effectiveness of vaccines, it just goes into his credentials to discredit his character, its page after page of the most ridiculous Ad Hominem

Did you bother reading the link you provided?

Yes. So you didn’t realize you posted an blog article from an anti vaxxer who isn’t even a medical or virus scientist?

More Ad Nominem without a leg to stand on the anti-vaxxer claim

They quote an article that never claims Flu Shots don't work and then go about how he "strongly suggested but never said"

"Doshi strongly suggested, without ever actually saying so, that the flu vaccine may not be beneficial at all."

You are desperately googleing stuff and not addressing his claims, just finding old articles claiming he is anti-vaxxer without proof

No offense, but this is a logical fallacy: attacking the speaker.

The claims he is making don't rest on the strength of his credentials, anyone with a basic understanding of studies / statistics might make the same observations. And he provides his reasoning for his thoughts.

So looking at his background is not how you assess his claims.

It's by addressing his concerns point by point.

Not really. If you don’t have the background and not qualified to speak, then your arguments even if plausible should be ignored. If I wrote a blog about mRNA vaccines as perfect and unassailable, then my points should be assessed with the same respect of a subject matter expert?

No offense, but listening to quacks is not a good basis to learn a subjects or criticism. I usually like to look up criticism of a scientists etc. I don’t waste time with quacks.

No. A basic understanding of statistics doesn’t allow you to speak on a subject you know nothing about. Having a basic understanding of medical or scientific studies doesn’t allow anyone to criticize a subject they are not an expert at.

I’m not an aviation designer and particularly airliners but would my views on the Boeing 737 Max design flaws hold as much merit as an expert in this field? Of course not.

If you want to be "efficient" (or some people would say lazy), sure, you can refuse to read anything from anyone without subject matter expertise.

I disagree with that approach, but putting aside my point, you don't need a PhD in virology to ask questions about study design / results of a study. Anyone with a training in basic statistics / experimentation or even some social science training could raise the points he's calling attention to. So he could very well be qualified.

You're acting like he's talking about spike proteins or RNA or similar.

Outsiders can sometimes have refreshing views and radical new ideas. Remember that the microscope was produced by Antoni van Leeuwenhoek without formal training. Faraday had no formal training either and wasn't taken seriously in his lifetime either.
