Would get KO'd by 300th ranked Welterweight boxer

in before he sucks at whatever fighter x was doing in the video

Not impressed I could have banged so much harder I would have broken that pad holder's hands

Seems like MMA fighters are always hitting the pads with short punches in pointlessly long combinations. Boxers working the mitts usually resembles this:

They respect fighting range and are constantly being critiqued and corrected. For MMA fighters it's almost like they're hitting the mitts to boost their confidence.

I'm not like some big boxing fan or anything and I could be wrong.

Nope you're 100% right. MMA fighters always look WWWAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY better on the mitts and bag workouts than they do during the fight.

Just because he is unimpressive hitting the pads, when the cage door close, its Showtime.

My boxing coach always told me, dont get good at hitting the pads, get good at boxing.

What I'm trying to point out is the manner in which they work the pads.

i understand but do you expect them to work pads the same one going into the ring expecting kicks takedowns subs there not going hit pads the same lol

Are you implying it's more productive for mma to stand in punching range and throw 7 punch combinations?

getting fit by doing pads is a very kickboxing/mauythai thing to do. some coaches will blast their guys and make em yak with pad sessions. boxing coaches spend more time teaching and game planning then maybe ramp it up to wards the end of each round.
theres room for both.
and showtime didnt look that bad geez. the mouth breathers in here should be so lucky to look that bad on pads.

Do you actually still not understand the point of me posting that video, because I will explain again. That is, if you're not just lashing out because someone is contradicting you.
