Pettis VS Barboza: who's the favourite? and who are u rooting for?

I'm looking forward for this fight to happen this weekend and i consider it the TRUE UFC197 main event.
I guess everybody are expecting this fight to be a stand-up war.
That beign said who u think will get the "W"? Who's the favourite? Who u want to win and getting closer to a possible title shot?

I'm a big fan of both fighters, but since Pettis lost his title against RDA he never looked the same and with it, i think he lost his winning mindset as well.
I don't like to watch either fighters loose. If will be Pettis he will be in 3 loosing shitty streek, if will be Barboza he will confirm once again he can never being a champion.

Last thing: Why the hell nobody is talking about this bout? O_O
 
If either one shoots a TD ill lose all faith in JBGs.
 
Fight is a total toss up in terms of predicting the outcome.

I like Barboza here though, I always root for him. That being said, it would be sad to see Pettis take a 3rd straight loss. Whereas Barboza's stock wouldn't drop nearly as much since he looked really good in his last fight, even in defeat.

Yeh men, i'm in your same spot. I'd like to see Barboza raising in the division, but still it would be so sad for Pettis.. the guy is still a great exciting fighter.
 
I'm rooting for Pettis to win. but if Edson can catch him with something early it's all over for showtime. i don't think Pettis has the power to hold him down, up against the cage or knock Barboza out. still rooting for Pettis to pull something out of his arse and get back in the mix.
 
I'll be cheering for Barboza.

I see Pettis finishing Edson here. By strikes or submission. Even though Edson looks like he's one division heavier

Barboza is a little overated imo.

Barboza is huge and fights very aggressively but I don't see him wrestle-fucking Pettis, which is the only way to beat him

In fairness both like to mix it up on occasion. I wouldn't worry too much though both have a pretty exciting ground game, should be a fun fight anywhere it goes.
 
Barboza has impressed the heck out of me, and Pettis has not looked the same since he lost his belt, as ts said earlier. It's a great matchup, probably a 50/50 tossup, but I see Barboza taking a close decision.
 
Barboza's fight against Bobby Green made me a fan. Very exciting fight that I think about with amusement from time to time. After the Wheel kick of the year award I was still thinking it was a lucky strike that won't ever be close to or attempted again. Like Gonzaga vs crocop. But he's great!

\Has Gonzaga ever attempted anything similar to the Crocop KO since it happened?
 
No way Pettis loses 3 in a row. KO victory.
