Media Pettis sueing USADA.

It sounds like he's got a solid case in terms of USADA's breach of responsibility to provide a safe testing environment..

Nah.

How do you propose that USADA check the integrity of all the bottles used for testing?

(Bearing in mind they are in a sealed box that USADA are not allowed to open, and USADA are not allowed to touch the bottles)?

Sueing completely the wrong people.

The bottles are manufactured by Berlinger. thats the people he needs to sue.

USADA have literally zero responsibility for this.

Why?

Because the bottles come sealed from Berlinger in a white box.

USADA are not allowed to open that box
They are not allowed to touch the bottles until the athlete has sealed them.
The athlete opens the box (thats the first time USADA would have even seen the bottles)
The athlete opens the bottles
The athlete inspects the bottles
The athlete puts his sample in the bottles and seals them

Only then do USADA even come into contact with them.

Sue berlinger. lol
So, if I understand this correctly.

Step 1: You cut a hole in that box
Step 2: ???

hold them for him while he pees in it

Fuck USADA but this is like a “coffee was too hot” type lawsuit, dude cut himself open on a bottle

and lol @ Duke “begging” him not to fight, this is the guy who sent one of his guys in to die

Who cuts a hole in the box?

USADA aren't allowed to open the box

Its security sealed and the athlete has to open it (so not claims can be made of contamination)

The athlete then is told to inspect the bottles for any signs of damage or tampering.

USADA at no point are even allowed to touch them

Jesus man Pettis is done I have sustained worst injuries wiping my asshole
Try the blazin wings at B dubs. I bled out my ass for 3 days. In hindsight I should've gone to the doctor.

For a lawsuit this doesn't matter. USADA makes the bottles available, so it is their fault. If Pettis wins, USADA sues them after. Pettis has nothing to do with it.

Although the motivation is a bit weird, to say at least...

sounds like an opportunity for you to create a new job opening then!
the whole point to stop any claims of tampering or contamination, the only person that touches the bottles at any point (apart from the manufacturer factory) is the athlete.

athlete unseals the box
takes out the bottles
puts his sample in the bottles
seals the bottles
puts them back in the box
seals the box

You should read more into the coffee lawsuit and you can see why she won the case.

Fuck usada they corrupt as hell hope he wins a few mil from them

So if you buy a Samsung TV in Walmart, it explodes and burn your house down, you sue Walmart?

no, you sue Samsung

It's completely irrelevant to your point, we all get it, but if you look up that lawsuit, it'll change your mind on that specific case. The poor old lady literally got 3rd degree burns from the coffee all over her lap and she just wanted enough money to pay her medical bills and McDonald's wouldn't budge, so she sued and won 3mil

it's a joke from an SNL skit buddy

Absolutely different. This is not a consumer relationship. USADA is responsible to make it available, they need to inspect it. It is a tool for them. A tv set is not a tool for Walmart.

they need to inspect it.

how do you propose they inspect it????

They cant see inside the box, its white foam. They aren't allowed to open the box. They aren't allowed to touch the bottle.

How exactly do you propose they inspect the bottle with out either opening the box or coming into contact wit the bottle?
