Yeah but Khabib isn't there to strike, he's there to bounce people around the octagon like a basketball from bell to bell.

Pettis also gets to train with Askren.

Who can Khabib train with to replicate Pettis?

Good point, I don't think Dagestan has many high level strikers

Glad to see some fire from Pettis.

I'm looking forward to watching Pettis wipe out the division, Khabib included

Pettis' striking would probably be on an amateur level in that fight as well.

Khabib strikes me as one of those guys who is completely one dimensional, but is so damn good at that single dimension, that it doesn't really matter.

    This may be true, but

Khabib can do to Pettis what Guida did to him + 10 minutes

Will Khabib be avenging his loss to Tibau before the title shot? Haven't heard any news on this yet.

any 165 pound ragdoll will do the trick.

this. Anderson silva can't wrestle well, Khabib can't strike well but it's not going to stop them from winning fights.

Apparently Khabib can't strike but he never got dropped by Bart Palzewski unlike a certain Anthony Pettis. :)

Fans are not gonna find Khabib anywhere near as annoying as Pettis if Pettis backs out of this fight, once its scheduled, after talking up their fight to this extent.

Agreed. The way he handled RDA seemed too easy; not that Anjos is Pettis' level, still can't wait for that spectacle/hype.
