This is my first post and I strongly agree that this advertising is a pain in the hoon dingie, I have to slide my scroll bar over every time I want to read a post & that sucks. I suggest putting it on the top or bottom.

one more for the belt(*ahem fancy post counter).....and it would make sense to move it to the right. However I hazard a guess the reason its on the left is because the client states something along the lines of you are forced to look at it when the page opens, which would make sense, not playing devils advocate or anything but would you pay for advertising space that stood little chance of being viewed.

As a professional web developer, the layout is a shit 2nd rate hack job... repositioning the ad banner horizontally at the top or bottom would fix the issue, morans.
