I don't TS understand what every rounds vs every judge means and how scoring works. But that's it can be confusing for beginners who aren't that sharp. Nothing to be ashamed about.

29-28 on all cards means, all 3 judges gave Ponzi 2 rounds, and Perry 1 won. I understand that may be confusing, but you'll get the hang of it.

But if the judges gave Perry different rounds, then yes, it's possible Perry lost each round.
