I think it was more about Ank's mobility. He's so much more active and light on his feet while staying technical. Alex's stiffness worked against him more than I've seen before, he couldn't keep up with Ank's rhythm and was struggling to react to the fast punches.

I been a fan of Alex for a long time but was very worried about this fight. Alex is a great striker but what pisses me off is he has no head movement and very stiff.

I had a feeling Ank would win but didn’t expect the low volume of punches by Alex. I think he was concerned with getting taken down or knocked out.

His hands techniquewise is ok for MMA. His power makes up for it.

I'm sure when he spars boxing only it's very dofferent and he would probably look like a much better boxer when doing so.

I think he was scared of the takedown and would not let go. That being said all Ank has to do is tire him on the fence to sap the power from Alex arms. Alex will again lose that advantage while losing a decision and Ank proved he can eat all the leg kicks.
