People criticize GSP for not finishing, but what he does to opponents is worse.

BJ Penn is a shadow of his former self.
Jon Fitch is still a blanket.
Alves is always injured.
Josh Koscheck wakes up in the middle of the night with phantom pains in his eye, sometimes he even flinches because he feels like another jab is coming.
Jakes Shields has to cheat to put on boring performances.
Dan Hardy has a heart problem.
Nick Diaz's mind has completely shattered, and he has retired from MMA after ducking GSP for two years, then he runs off and tries to start his own promotion where he can't get GSPd.
Hendricks seems like he's going full Diaz.

Looking back further:

Karo is a drug addict, Mayhem Miller went nuts.

Condit seems to be the only recent one who is fine with the loss, something tells me Jackson actually prepares fighters to deal with losses.

In that case, GSP has ruined fighters careers and done way worse than Palhares, ban him from the UFC.

correlation does not equal causation

I'd imagine it'd be disheartening as fuck fighting GSP though. He makes top fighters look like deer in headlights, and just dominates them.

If I remember correctly, Alves was crying after their title fight. Shit, I probably would be too if I was a top fighter and I was man handled like that.

I agree. He humiliates his opponents.
If his opponent is a solid grappler he'll stand with them and embarrass them on the feet.
NO one appreciates GSP. "He's so boring"
Give me a break.

Yeah, it does take two to tango. His style of fighting might be "boring" to some but it's not his fault he gets away with it.

Well they cut Fitch for doing the same thing GSP does. On the flip side what does that say about the opponents he has faced?

Dan has a heart condition?

How does that have ANYTHING to do with GSP?

Please enlighten me.

I also heard Matt Hughes trimmed his toenail too short after his loss to GSP. What a damn psycho.

I agree. GSP is a danger to the UFC. He is going through trauma due to destroying lives, and needs time to get shit together.

the koscheck remark made me lol

I understand this argument for sure. And on top of it, he dominates his opponents every second he's in the cage with them. That is pretty impressive. Granted he didn't at all with Hendricks, but I'm talking prior to that. No question finishes are dominant too, but GSP essentially dominates every second of every fight, and considering he fights nothing but the best of the best, that's damn impressive.

haha good post. Maybe the ts fought GSP a long time ago and is now losing his mind

I look a it like this- GSP may have not finished them but they didn't finish him either so you cant really talk shit about it lol

GSP is taking a break for a year or more. He's not getting any younger and will probably retire when he realizes how great spending his money and not worrying about his next opponent.

Soon we will see a fatGSP like we saw FatPenn and FatSerra.
