Penn's arrested after airplane incident

BJ Penn's brother Reagan was arrested after he started an argument with a flight attendant while waiting to take off on a flight from Los Angeles to Phoenix on 11th January.

Penn asked for alcohol before the flight left, and his request was denied by a flight attendant. He then got into an argument with the flight attendant and was eventually asked to get off the plane, but he wouldn’t. When the cops came, he allegedly said “I won’t get off the plane without a fight”.

That led to him being taken down by the officers and arrested for trespassing.
