I just watched a hi-light video of his online, this guy looks like a killer. Hard hitting striker with some submissions. I have no idea who he was fighting though and was wondering if anyone has some more info or thoughts on him. Much appreciated.

I dont think he'll win this fight but after i think he drops to 125 and becomes a killer.

His HL reel and record are great but if he got smashed by bloody Marcos Vina on TUF Brazil, Alcantara is gonna badly hurt him. He can still make waves at his natural weight, though.

I thought we were passed those days, lol. There's no such thing as MMA math, man. If if Pedro Nobre gets knocked out by Joe Schmo in ten seconds, it doesn't mean he doesn't stand any chance against Anderson Silva. That's the beautiful thing about MMA.

^well when the dude is a FLW and Alcantara has spent most of his career at LW...

ya u can use MMA Math there

Alcantara is on a completely different level then Vinicius, so unless his cut goes awfully he should finish Pedro pretty early.

no, mma math doesnt work...but saying "he looked like shit against a guy whos not even ranked": it gives a good sense of how hell fair against another fighter.
