I was listening to an MMA show and they mentioned, in a digression, that some guys apparently get peck implants. I couldn't tell whether this was a joke or what.

Is there really such a thing as peck implants?? If so, does anyone know anyone who got them? Because I'm curious as to what kind of a mindset a guy has to be in to do something this insane.
