If you are talking about the KO shot, it wasn't a body shot. It went under G-Sot's left arm and hit him on the chin as he was hopping, which you shouldn't leave both feet anyway, and he fell like a sack of potatoes.

I see where TS is coming from. It certainly looked like Pearson blasted him several feet into the air watching it live. Seeing the gif it's pretty understandable what happened.
