Ok I'm trying to get down to 5% Bf so this is the diet I'm on now 10:00 a.m. Oatmeal & a protein shake 1:00 p.m. Tuna in a can, spinach salad and a protein shake 4:30 p.m. Slim Fast (for the vitamins and minerals) 6:30 p.m. Boiled Chicken breast with spinach salad I run 2 miles Every morning (except on Sundays for rest). I lift 3 days a week (M,W,F according to Urbans site) and do H.I.I.T running twice a week.. I do weighted ab work 3 times a week also (M,W,F) I don't know my current (going to check tomorrow and see what it is, already lost 55lbs with this diet and was wondering will I continue down to about 5% I'm roughly at 8-10%) so that (Yes I know this isn't a BB forum) I can have a six pac by the beginning of next year Thanks for the help Sherdog.. Ya'll have been alot of help so thanks
Even with that many protein shakes you're going to have a hard time maintaining muscle mass with that little food.
.. first off I want to say thank you to you guys for replying to this thread (there are so many). Now that said I feel full tho Urban. It's not like I'm starving myself.. I've been trying to add more greens to my diet and eat 4-5 times a day but I feel full after every meal and it would feel like I'm stuffing myself if I were to eat anymore As far as the 5% is when you get a six pac (from what I've read on BB.com).. If someone with some knowledge on an eating plan could tell me what would suffice as far as a diet goes and a rough time line to do it. Before I wasn't eating enough greens and now I'm not eating enough Protein from what I've read.. Also is my exercising adequate enough for the goal I'm trying to reach? Again thank you Sherdog for the help and continous help on this and patiences..
if you are you train martial arts i would not advise dropping below 7% bf. Hell i wouldnt reccomend it no matter what you do.
below 10 percent is about what you need to get a six pack. As your attourney I advise you to forget almost everything you've "learned" from bodybuilding.com
I actually got that from T-nation.com and some from bb.com.. Urban also could you tell me how my eating is to low, and how I should space/add more food to my routine.. Thanks
I'm not really that good at cutting to be honest. what I do know though is that if all you're eating is what you're listing, it's not enough.
