I am having an arguement with one of my buddies and we both see the others side but I would like some insight. How bad is PBJ, I am talking whole wheat bread, low fat peanut butter, and preserves over jelly. I say that it is a decent snack if you really want something sweet, he says that PBJ is junk food. You decide.

low fat peanut butter is junk food......but if you used Natural Peanut Butter you'd be eating a fine snack.

Better make sure that's 100% stone ground natural wheat or sprout bread, 100% natural peanut butter. Perserves are still loaded with sugar though. Good PreWO snack.

Stone ground minus additives is the shiznit.

That bread will stay for a over a month.

I think the whatever they do to regular store bread is just a scam to get you to buy more.

PB>PBJ

Whole wheat bread (the "no added crap" kind), 100% natural peanute butter.

Hells yes. I am glad I'm not the only guy for the PB over the PBJ.

Anyone else like PBB? Peanut Butter Banana sandwich. I swear it's good.

It's better than good...it's...balls.

How about PBH? Peanut Butter and Honey? Right up there with Banana.

I'm actually not a PBH fan. Too sloppy for me.

You must put a lot of damn honey on that sandwich. I usually just use a drizzle

Anyone notice how hard it is to find bread at the grocery store without all the shitty additives?

the only kind i can find on a consistent basis at grocery stores is Sara Lee's hearty and delicious

Huh...so how is it the best breads I can get (made in local bakeries, no shitty additives) need to be used within the week? It always seemed like the normal additive-loaded bread's only real advantage was its preservatives.

When I tried it, I didn't use a ton or anything. But I got my hands sticky from the bottle, and it seeped through the bread. I guess I should have also mentioned that I just didn't like it. The sloppy part was just another reason for me.

Use sugarless jelly and 100% natural PB.. and Real Wheat Bread with Flax Seeds.. and great snack.
