PBC on FS1 drew it's lowest figure with a live event with 76k viewers according to Dan Rafael.

I think at this time, they need to ditch the FS1 channel. PBC would've gotten better ratings with UFC Fight Pass

Solid numbers for a prospect show.
They need to stop starting so late.
Hope they continue their relationship with FS1.

Wasn't it on at like 11 eastern? No ones lying down for bed and saying "yeah, boxing will be good to fall asleep to."

Was this the Herring card? I wanted to catch that fight as I've heard some good things about Herring.

I noticed that they blacked out the whole crowd too probably bad attendance.PBC should off chose one channel too broadcast like ESPN or nbc,too many channels too little fighters.

Was this the Tuesday night at 11 deal or whatever? As mentioned above, first I was like man, that's late. Then I forgot about it. Then I saw I missed it and was bummed, then I was like "wait...who?".

I'm not saying I didn't deserve it, but it'd be nice to know what it was exactly that crossed the line.

I thought you'd get a PM or an explanation of some sort.

Like "Hey, quit being K-unty there re:....." plus, it'd be nice to know who called the infraction y'know.
If it was Sin, I know that I went to far, but if it was somebody else, I could put it off as a sandy vag.

But then I realized its from a mod peeing on you. I'll pass.

Just shows that PBC doesn't have any name recognition quite yet with fans.

What do you expect when the #73rd guy fights the #153rd ranked guy in the division?
Go put the #73rd guy in the UFC vs the #153 and I bet it would do the same, probably worse actually.

Everyone here will claim they watched it to push the "im boxings #1 fan" but that's bullshit.
You can love the sport of football and be a diehard fan, but no one is going to put on the Canadian football league cuz who gives a fuck.

Also got to point out the comparison to the UFC, is that the UFC has like 40 events a year with about 13 of those being ppvs. PBC had like over 50 cards last year, in less than a 9 month span? On top of the 20 or so HBO and Showtime cards, and then you got all the other little events like Trutv Friday Night KOs and all the Spanish channel boxing cards. That's a lot of boxing to watch. Just like Baseball and Basketball, people just simply don't watch every event, where as UFC events are on FS1 and FOX only a handful of times a year. FS1 has a good amount but FOX has like what 3-4 a year, if that?
Shit there was one month last year where PBC had like 9 events, with like 3-4 in the same week. I like having this amount of boxing but people who are viewing this as competition don't understand the differences that the UFC just isn't as big as boxing and would do terrible numbers if it tried to keep up with the amount of cards boxing puts out.

The UFC has brand name value so they would never do a number that poorly, even with their two worst fighters on the roster headlining an event. If PBC sticks around long enough they will build some name recognition and build a solid fan base. Takes time.

Spreading themselves too thin, prospects deserve to be show cased on undercards rather than tucked off on the back of beyond

Yes they would, they have brand value because they showcase the best fighters in the world.

Take the best fighters away and no one is tuning in just to be apart of the 'UFC brand'. The brand doesn't seem to help mighty mouse does it?

I respect your opinion but you're wrong. They would never do anywhere near 76K viewers on free tv. Too big of a hardcore fanbase. Mighty Mouse has drawn fine on Fox.
