"Brock wasn't healthy," Heyman said.

"I don't think Brock has truly understood nor accepted the severity of the illness that took him down. They did blood work on Brock and they found out he wasn't healthy for many, many years. His body was fighting this affliction off and using so much of his energy.

"He was handicapped the entire time. His body is so freakish, he was fighting this thing off and he had enough energy to do those other things while sick.

"The Brock Lesnar who stepped into the cage with Alistair Overeem, he was at 50, 75 percent. You're going to fight Alistair Overeem at 75 percent, Cain Velasquez at 75 percent. He fought Shane Carwin at 75, or 60, or 80 percent, but even at 95 percent against Shane Carwin, you're at a disadvantage."

Still no one to blame but himself - if he was accepting fights as a cripple

Then why was he doing pro wrestling right after he left UFC, considering that pro wrestling is even more taxing on your body at the end of the day?

Blah blah

In the end it doesn't matter

He won't be coming back to the ufc and he'll get paid a lot more in the wwe, though if he could jump over and be able to do both then maybe

His courage was 50% at best.

brocktober is only a couple months away.

Brock - Velasquez 2

just bleed.

His courage was 50% at best.

Courage? He stepped in to fight a former UFC champ in his second ever fight with less than a year of MMA training.

He also said that he was never fit at all (even on NCAA) and now is the first time he's really healthy. They never brought it when he was winning so... He is definitely a beast but Paul just wants to increase his aura a little more

Keep in mind that Paul Heyman is a promoter the same as Dana. He's going to build up his guy.

Brock may have never been 100% healthly during his fight career but being healthy isn't going to teach him how to take a punch, learn to fight or have a passion for the sport.

Brock was a big guy with good wrestling and a bully mentality that wanted an easy pay day. Once he realized he couldn't beat guys on his talent alone, he got out. That's the legacy of Brock. Trying to act like diverticulitis is what kept him from being great is just promotion.

It's more taxing but he didn't go back to wrestling full-time. He is working a very limited part-time schedule. It's not as taxing as what the other full-time wrestlers have to do.

Who the fuck is Paul Heyman and why does he spew so much BS all of a sudden?

He appears very sporadically on the show, so that's not really an issue.

People have all the right to like or dislike Lesnar for whatever reasons, but to be honest the guy deserves some respect for the things he was able to accomplish.

He came in, won the belt and got beat by good fighters. No shame in that.

And the shit he had was serious. Getting a foot cut out of your colon is no joke.

Lol yea, I'm sure that illness had everything to do with Brock taking punches and not turtling..... Ohh wait.

Does Brock earn substantially more in WWE than he did in UFC? I'm assuming so, but does anyone really know the figures?

This guy trying to take Cains win away if Brock wasn't healthy he wouldn't be throwing flying knees and he took Cain down with force but Cain popped back up no one has taken Cain down but Brock Cain took all of brocks hardest shots to the chin and wasn't ever in any trouble wasn't rocked or dazed Cain smashed Brock with some good shots he wasnt throwing everything into those punches. Cain wasn't even breathing hard after that fight.

Besides Cain is much better since that fight. U can argue he wasn't at 100 percent for some of those fights. How about the Couture fight, much smaller guy had em against the fence and those weak elbows he finished randy with was all he had left in his gas tank. He didn't look special whatsoever in his randy fight when he was 100 percent or 95 if he was such a beast a old randy that looked significantly smaller shouldn't have been much comp for such a beast

Guess you've never seen Rollerball?

But seriously, Paul Heyman is a marketing genius with a net worth of $10 Million. He was Brock Lesnars original WWE manager and a big reason why CM Punk got any push at all in WWE.
