My fiancee and I train together, and so I'm going to log both of our lifts here. And just because I'm lazy, I'm going to log my diet here as well. My Stats 225 @ 6'2 Age 21 Squat - 285 Bench - 285 Deadlift - 315 OHP - 185 The Woman's Stats 120 @ 5'8 Age 22 Squat - 75 Bench - 65 Back Ext. - 10 OHP - 45 Her numbers are off because she's never done any max attempts, so those are her 3x5 work sets that she has accomplished so far. My short term goal is to lose 10 pounds of fat by our wedding, which is November 12th of this year. And my long term goal is to finish off the remaining 20-30lbs of fat that I would like to lose. I want to be walking at a lean 190-200 pounds when everything is all said and done. As far as I know, she wants to eventually squat her weight, which I see being extremely easy to achieve. Other then that, probably just general health, looking good and building some real strength while accomplishing the first two.
