Came across this video today

Personally I think the video is fake, if it is real than the guy who made the video is totally an asshole for how he handled the situation, however I think the parents were dicks too for just ignoring their daughter and letting her be loud.

What are your thoughts on loud kids in public? In the facebook comments I noticed a lot of parents saying "Kids will be kids" and that parents hardly ever get to go out to eat so people should be more understanding. Personally I think it's the parents job to keep their kids quiet in public places, and if your kids are making a fuss and bothering other people you should attempt to do something about it rather than tuning it out.

There are places where "kids can be kids" and run around and be as loud as they want. Unless you are at a kid centered restaurant like Chuck E Cheese your child should be well behaved so they do not ruin the experience for other diners. Kids need to learn manners and how to act in public. Parents who fail to teach their kids manners are not doing them any favors.

I brought up that point in the facebook comments and a guy called me a pussyfart, made me laugh :)

Looks like they are at a fucking IHOP

Fuck off complaining about kids at a place like that

I'd understand if it was the Olive Garden/ Sizzler doe

I think anything outside of Chuck E Cheese, Mr Gattis, etc you shouldn't let your kids be loud. I-Hop's food is lousy, but it isn't the type of restaurant where you expect there to be tons of loud kids.

Well, I don't have much patience for kids.. so I'd probably hiss at them or trip them and make it look like an accident.

if you touched my little baby angels hairs on their precious little heads, id slash your tires...

but seriously, letting your kids act like fucking assholes anywhere isn't cool. check that shit.

Loud kids in public is like smoking in public. Or Jon Jones hyperextending your knee with a kick. Maybe you don't like it, but that's not going to be enough to convince Jon Jones to stop.

By itself, physically threatening someone with a child is a bitch move. It's not like they should fight, and if they do they send out the wrong message. Tough guys want to put folks in tough spots, I guess.

I thinking mocking the child at a louder volume is the most productive/mature way to handle the situation.

So are you saying we should hyper extend kids knees?

They are a blight upon my ears.

Their boundless energy is a blight upon my patience.

They must be stopped.

If a kid's misbehaving I tend to address them directly.

So far they've always gone quiet.

I get the moral to the story and I agree, but that video was so fake and gay.

Parents not controlling their kids in public = parents allowing their kids to control them

The Comments section is pretty entertaining, lots of shit parents making excuses for being shit parents.
