Well some of those Republicans did refuse to wear a mask, despite being in close and confined quarters with other people. That is very just very assholish behavior.
It's assholish behavior and Pressley is high risk, so I understand her anger/frustration. But didn't the Capitol physician already state one of the congressman was already positive before the searing in? I could be reading this incorrectly:

Monahan also said that at least one lawmaker who was in a holding area was already positive before the chaotic events forced hundreds of people to gather together.

So turning it into a larger thing about Republicans feels a bit ... hollow if they know (and they were still allowed in) the person who tested positive before hand.

This is all tangential. Point being, I am skeptical of any claims she or her office makes without additional evidence. I'm not saying panic buttons weren't removed before hand, but I will withhold feeling one way or the other until the investigation is finished.
