Just saw the influx of new threads on this. Went ahead and stickied this one.

I don't agree with the decision, but it's not one of their worst ones. Fighter safety is important, and Palhares (whether it's intentional or unintentional) tends to hold subs for too long. It's not like this was the first time he did it. Much like posters on here, you only get so many chances before you're banned.
