Paige was on around $45k show with a similar win bonus in the UFC, which she rarely collected. She would have been earning more if she'd actually won fights ..... most UFC contracts go up when you win and mark time if you lose.

I don't think the UFC will care if Paige goes, it helps with their legal battles, hey look we let one of our most marketable young fighters go to a rival promotion.

Wow, if Illima-lei is making $75 that is a shitty deal considering she is a big draw in Hawaii, plus she is the 125 champ. She should definitely be making six figures; somewhere along the 200k-300k.

I agree from fighting standpoint....she seems to be working on some type of 40K/40K contract. A few shows like 8k/8k not sure what that is about. But overall she is 40k/40K fighter and Bellator M.O. seems to be guarantee a higher show and signing bonus. So they may need to give her at least 60K out every time to sign her. But the UFC say we'll pay you 50K/50K she may just stay because of the exposure.

PVZ for what it's worth is one of the few fighters that make very good income outside the cage. Reportely 70K a month on some sites roughly, but that seems high. Even at 30K a month she is doing quite well. But with this following she has it can help bring eyes to her fighting so its worth something to an org. and it appears your paying her more that than her actual fighting ability.

This makes more sense, her appeal is mostly because of her looks plus she can fight, so having a mixed deal makes sense, plus her husband is already in Bellator and doing quiet well, so that makes sense.

shes great on camera and knows the sport well. I’d rather listen to her interview guys before a fight than some woman who doesn’t know a heel hook from a left hook

the plan is to get the plate removed so she doesn’t have to worry about it. Another surgery and some time off but then she’ll be 100%. If she signs with Bellator I imagine it will be a mixed deal- she’ll be doing pre fight interviews and maybe get behind the desk as well as fighting.

She broke her arm at the start of the second and actually won the third, so really it was one of her better performances. I also think the women have moved on since the days when she was top 15.

I'm not sure how much PVZ wants to continue fighting maybe her heart is just not in it. Her best course of action is to do half fighting and half commentating at Bellator. She can fight relatively winnable fights and also commentating for the other fights and she is obviously knowledgeable about the sport.
