Aspinall said recently that it's a good thing he hasn't been fighting. Look at the video he posted recently. He had some tests done since he was getting worryingly sick/ill... He had to do a full body scam... And then said — "I've been doing things the wrong way..." ... Basically, he couldn't have kept that body weight and low fat percentage (more than 50% of muscles...) seeing the results of the tests he needed to do, when looking at his diet and calories intake; Suggesting (his official video, again) that he has been on other things and doing things the wrong way. Take it as you will... But it sure has weakened, by a lot, your narrative that JJ was ducking. Feel free to try to have a comeback, those are facts tho...

Calling Chandler and Ferguson former champions is some stretch, also Ferguson was near the end of one of the worst losing streaks in MMA history. The only two people Ferguson ever looked like beating in that run was Paddy and Chandler weirdly.
