I made this yesterday, and it was so good that I want to share it with everyone:

Ingredients:
Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts (however many you want)
Green Onion
Cilantro
Olive Oil
Crushed Peanuts (or crush them yourself, unsalted of course)
Bean Sprouts
Pad Thai Sauce
Rice Noodles

Slice chicken breasts into thin slices, chop up about a cup of green onion and a cup of fresh cilantro. Prepare noodles in advance - they only need to be boiled for a few minutes - so keep tasting. Drain, cover and set aside. Fry chicken in olive oil until white, add green onion and cilantro. Cook a few more minutes, then add Pad Thai sauce. Cook through. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and bean sprouts.

Wrote this in 3 minutes before leaving work.. sorry if it's confusing! It's good though, believe me!

I wasn't looking for this, but it sounds really good, I'll have to make it sometime. :D

The fuck is a "Pad Thai Sauce"? I'm Thai and I never heard of it. The rest of the recipe looks decent I guess although it's still missing somethings like tofu, egg, etc, etc

What kind of lazy white person BS concoction is bottled "pad thai sauce?"

...

Oh and where can I get some?

This is one of my favs.
I usually throw some egg in there and a handful of shrimp if available.

+1 on the skepticism regarding "Pad Thai Sauce"

Pad Thai is fucking awesome and should only be produced authentically, otherwise is blasphemy.

lol at pad thai sauce.

Brown sugar, fish sauce, tamarin, chili paste, and some water. You can figure it out.

Ive seen so many versions of pad thai recipes but none of them use "pad thai sauce" from a jar. Thats a little uncool. Thats like making "homemade" pasta from a jar of Ragu.

Personally, I like mine sweeter and spicier (more like a pad see ew really) so I throw in some Kecap Manis (for the sweet) and bomb that shit with chillies for the spice.

Haha it's Pad Thai Sauce from a jar. I'm no chef, and after working out if I just want a healthy, easy to make, high protein meal.. this is it!

LIKE IT OR LEAVE IT, SUCKAS!!

Good call. Trying it tonight with some fish and making my own "pad thai sauce" if you know what i mean...
