Werdum is still far superior on the ground and I feel won the striking in the second bout and has improved his striking since. That being said, AO has improved at Jacksons.

I don't think Werdum has the power to threaten Overeem on the feet, also seems like it would be hard to get him to the ground. I would favor Overeem. Will almost certainly be the underdog too, may be worth putting some money on it.

it seems to me AO has become pretty hard to hit clean...this is two fights in a row he hasn't been hit clean. That flurry in round 1 nothing hit his chin at all.

Complete pick 'em fight to me at this point. I think the 3rd fight will be similar to the 2nd where they will be standing around waiting for the other to do something. I think it's virtually even on the feet and Reem's top game is good enough to not get subbed on the ground.
