Overeem/Hunt finish vid

Love seeing that. These clowns that try to make Hunt out to having some concrete chin. Dudes been knocked out in over 20% of his mma fights. Most overrated chin in history. George Chuvalo laughs hysterically at the mention of Hunts chin.

Anyone else hope overeem pisses hot just to see hunt fully melt down?

He's a crybaby and he sucks he loses as much as he wins. Chuvalo is infinitely tougher than Hunt. I hope he doesn't sue me know.

Hunt's chin is considered legendary because through 32 professional kickboxing fights, including 16 in K-1, he was never knocked out cleanly. And then, he wasn't knocked out in an MMA fight until Manhoef in 2008 -- after Mark Hunt was already 34 years old. (That is, at the tail end or beyond a man's natural physical prime.) During that time, he took hard shots to the dome by the likes of Ray Sefo, Jerome Le Banner, Stefan Leko, and Mirko CroCop. Oh, right, and also Fedor Emelianenko and Alistair Overeem, in Pride. And since losing to Manhoef, Hunt has only ever been knocked out late in the fight, after being exhausted and caught with punches that he never quite saw coming. Law JDS's spinning hook kick, Werdum and Overeem's surprise knees, and Miocic's punches at the end of the fight.

So while technically you're correct in that Hunt was knocked out in 5 out of his 23 fights, 4 out of those 5 knockouts came late in Hunt's 30s or early 40s, and all of them came after dozens of stand-up wars with some of the greatest strikers in kickboxing and mixed martial arts.

"But Hunt was knocked out twice in K-1" No he wasn't. In 2002, in his third fight against Le Banner -- who hits fucking hard -- Hunt was knocked down twice, the second time at the very end of the round. Hunt's corner threw in the towel between rounds because he was absolutely exhausted, and reeling from being hit by one of the hardest hitters in the sport. His other knockout (TKO) loss was from a spinning back kick to the body against fucking Semmy Schilt -- who is not just very tall (6'7'9'12") and athletic, but also a talented kickboxer and hard hitting.

I mean, you don't get kicked in the head by a prime CroCop and then get back up like, "okay cool, let's continue fighting."

I appreciate the effort you put into this but it doesn't change the fact his chin is extremely overrated. It's not even comparable to the all time great chins in boxing. It seems like his fans have an unhealthy obsession with trying to show how tough and iron chinned he is. Every time he has Brennan knocked out or hurt it is from the hardest strike ever. JDS knocked him out with a grazing calf.

Thank you for setting that clown straight.

And a kick is infinitely harder than any punch from anyone.

LOL.

Boxers can't handle knees to the dome. Look at all the ones that tried their hand at K1.

Also they hit each other with pillows.

SAD!

K-1 uses pillows. A washed up Botha has wins over K-1 greats and Botha never beat anyone relevant in boxing. Look up how legendary chinned K-1 Sefo did against an absolute nobody in boxing. One of the most brutal knockouts ever. Never compare boxing to K-1 again. Bob Sapp destroyed Hoost twice. K-1 is a joke.

Is it just me or does this new announcer guy say "Massive ween for the reem" Also great camera shot almost see the knee

Roided up Botha was embarrassed in K1. maybe YOU need to watch his vids.

Kimbo Slice was undefeated in professional boxing before his untimely death.
